Day One

Today is day one of eating better. I need to get healthy, I need to lose weight. This is my second day of being soda free and that’s how it’s gonna stay. We are incorporating a lot more veggies in our lives, eating with a lot less oil, and just making more good for you stuff. I’m gonna start doing Daily Burn and getting more active. I need this.
