So we’ve been eating a lot better this last week. We’ve cut out the majority of crap and are making pretty much every meal at home. I stopped drinking soda for over a week now (granted, I did have a little bit, because that’s all that there was to drink when we were out) otherwise I’ve been drinking lots of water and tea. I’ve had yet to try DailyBurn, which I need to do. But the good thing is, we are making healthy changes in our lives, and that’s a great thing.
